    in the eighties before poll tax our rates were in with our rent. then came the poll tax witch was suppose to replace rates but the rents were never reduced so for the last twenty years everybody who were in council property have been conned into paying twice ie the working class its about time this practice was stopped and everyone should be compensated yours j hart
